About to GURP 2025
The International Conference on Urban Planning and Human Geography will be held in 2025, which is an important academic event in the field of global urban planning and human geography. The conference aims to gather experts, scholars, researchers, and industry representatives from around the world to discuss the latest developments, challenges, and future directions in urban planning and human geography. The meeting will discuss several key topics, including but not limited to social and cultural changes in the process of urbanization, urban-rural integration development strategies, sustainable development and environmental protection, smart city construction and management, cultural heritage protection, and the application of geographic information systems. These issues reflect the complex problems faced by the world today in the context of rapid urbanization and social transformation, as well as the necessity of scientific planning. I will share my research findings and practical experience through conference reports, group discussions, poster presentations, and other forms. In addition, the conference will also establish a dedicated forum for young scholars to encourage academic newcomers to showcase their innovative ideas and exchange ideas with senior scholars. At the same time, it also provides valuable opportunities to address global challenges in human settlement environments. All full paper submissions to the GURP 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of GURP 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to gurp@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
